Brahma Industrial Corporation was a merger of three single proprietor construction firms specializing in the field of electrical and electronics business, namely, BRAHMA Construction Group, M&M Electrical Services and HIS Engineering, and was incorporated on February 14, 1989. Since then, the company has expanded its operations in Cebu and Davao in order to participate in the local economic growth.
